Course Introduction
Pineapple Pastry with Egg Yolk
Pineapple pastry with egg yolk is the most popular souvenir of Taiwan, we will teach you starting from preparing the pineapple filling, the pineapple pastry with salted egg yolk offers the ideal aromatic and salty flavor, you may take back home the pineapple pastries you have made to share with family and friends after the course.
Salted yolk pastry
The crispy and layered crust is wrapped with sweet bean paste and a whole egg yolk, with a salty and sweet egg yolk aroma.
Every bite is a real delicious and old-fashioned dessert.
Soybean curd
You will learn how to use the golden ratio ingredients to make the soy milk solidify into dense, smooth and refreshing soybean curd.
