Course Introduction
Pineapple Pastry with Egg Yolk
Pineapple pastry with egg yolk is the most popular souvenir of Taiwan, we will teach you starting from preparing the pineapple filling, the pineapple pastry with salted egg yolk offers the ideal aromatic and salty flavor, you may take back home the pineapple pastries you have made to share with family and friends after the course.
Longan Cake
Longan cake is a nourishing dessert in Taiwan; Longan is also known as Fuyuan, and has the effects of warming up the blood and keeping the warmth, it is also one of the representative Taiwan ancient flavored desserts.
High-Mountain Oolong Tea
There are many high mountains in Taiwan surrounded by mist and clouds with short average sunshine, thus the tea leaves are enriched in Catechin. We have specially selected oolong tea from high mountains of over 1,000m to share with you, the refreshingly and aromatic sweetness of oolong tea forms an ideal combination with pineapple pastry with salty egg yolk and Longan cake, offering the most leisurable and carefree afternoon hours.

➤ Special meal: Please inform in advance upon making a reservation for the course if you are vegetarian, if there are dining taboos or food allergies
➤ Teaching language: Chinese, English and Japanese
➤ Course recipe: Will be distributed right after completing the courses
➤ Parent-child co-learning: For children under the age of 12, the first child may come along to the class, the second child thereafter will be charged with NT$600 per person
